Mick is passionate about life and believes life is for living through movement.

I have been working as a personal trainer now for 3 years in the shoalhaven and have approached this with eyes wide open and have seen a need personally to adopt a more wholistic approach and to explore the wider range of fitness and exercise principles available throughout the globe.

The more we practice the more we understand, and the body is very adaptable so together we can plan practice and execute quality wholistic programs incorporating the principles of yoga, Pilates and Qigong (energy practice).

My journey is to keep growing and sharing with my community.
