Working in the community of the Shoalhaven for 19 years as a Remedial Massage Therapist. in collaboration with allied health practitioners such as chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with the goal to help achieve the best client outcomes with personalised treatment plans.

Using a professional friendly down to earth approach in combination of remedial massage techniques; sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling and exercise therapy to gain movement, aid in pain reduction and management, flexibility, and education, and injury rehabilitation and recovery, muscular aches or pains.
